In 2001, I-lab was evaluated by a group of final year students who gave us positive feedback and valuable suggestions for further improvements. Most of the students preferred the easy access offered by the web page interface, probably because most of them used their private PC to perform measurements from home after school hours. None of the students had to wait more than two minutes for the measurement results, which was most appreciated.

In 2002, I-lab was also used in the introductory microelectronic device course offered to more than 350 second year students.

In August 2002, I-lab participated in an international conference on engineering eduacation.

2003, This is the secound year we using I-lab in the introductory microelectronic device course.

2004, transistor measurements were added to I-lab.
